Terms & Conditions

Booking-Payment & Cancellation Fee :

Bookings by mail or fax or phone
Confirmation by mail is required
50% Down payment before guests arrival
Minimum of stay 2 nights
Children as from 8 Years old only

Cancellation fee :

30 to 11 days before check-in: 50% charge
10 to 1 day before date of check-in: 75% charge
No show: 100% charge.

Early check-in and late check-out policy:

Early Check in & Late Check Out is at full payment of the room.
For a minimum stay of 7 nights, the cost will be at 75% of the room rate.
For the early arrivals or late departures, we have a shower at the disposal of the guests in the main House; and if one
room is available, we can accommodate the guests until their check out without any supplement.

Travel Insurance:

We encourage all our clients to take out a comprehensive travel insurance so if for any reason your trip is cancelled, you can claim for your loss.

Payment:

We accept payment:

By credit card (Master, Visa, Mips (Payment through our website))
Cash (Euro or Mauritian rupee)

We do not accept payment by cheque.

Children policy:

Children as from 8 Years old only.

Departure:

The room must be freed by midday. Please advise reception so that your luggage can be collected. If your flight departs in the afternoon, you can keep your room subject to availability. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage at reception and have a shower before departure, if you so wish. A bathroom is provided for.

Tipping: A common box is provided for at reception. Thank you on behalf of the team.

Suggestions: Do not hesitate to give us your suggestions which will help us to improve your stay.

Transfer: We can organise your transfer, please contact reception. The airport is about 1 hour drive.
